2. Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Property & Investment, Assistant Director of Procurement, Section 151 Officer and City Solicitor to:
3. 1 Conclude and enter into the proposed DMSA with Morgan Sindall LLP.
4. 2 Incur expenditure as required to progress working through the DMSA activities and other associated activities related to the scheme up to the estimated £729,000 identified in the February Cabinet Report.

• Successful determination of a preferred procurement option.
• Preparation of a DMSA, in conjunction with the preferred partner.
• Successful commissioning of various site surveys to feed into the DMSA.
