Decision

Agreed to recommend to Full Council that

1. The updated Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan (Appendix A), Policies Map (Appendix B), Habitat Regulations Assessment (Appendix C) Sustainability Appraisal (Appendix D), Inspector’s Report (Appendix E) and Schedule of Main Modifications (Appendix F) be approved;
2. The Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan be adopted in accordance with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act.
