Decision

1. Approved and adopted the Publicising Fly Tipping and Environmental Crime Cases Policy effective from 23 September 2026.
2. Agreed that the Council uses the policy as the framework for any future publication of information or images relating to fly tipping and environmental crime cases.
3. Agreed that decisions to publish are recorded, approved and reviewed by an authorised manager in line with the Environmental Enforcement policy, with appropriate consideration of data protection, safeguarding, privacy and reputational risk.
4. Requested officers to bring an update report once the policy and approach is embedded to outline the impact of the policy.
