About

The Partner, Shareholder and Trustee Executive Sub-Committee reviews the activities of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council's charities and promotes good governance. It was established to extend the remit of the former Commercial Ventures Executive Sub-Committee.

The Council acts as the sole trustee for seventeen charitable trusts, and this sub-committee oversees their operations. Its membership and specific functions are detailed within the Council's Constitution.
