The Cabinet considered
a report of the Director of Economy and Place which sought to
provide an update and request approval to undertake commercial
development on Council owned land at West Starkey Street,
Heywood.
 
The Property Growth
Fund Manager, Rochdale Development Agency, was
in attendance to present the information and to address the
questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.
 
Resolved that the
recommendation outlined at point 2.1 – 2.13 of the report
be agreed.
