The Cabinet considered
a report of the Director of Corporate Services, which sought
approval of a proposed course of action for the provision of
Children and Adult Social Care Legal Services.
 
The Assistant Director
Legal, Governance and Coroners was in
attendance to present the information and to address the
questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.
 
Resolved that the
recommendations outlined at point 2.1 – 2.4 of the report
be agreed.
