The Cabinet considered
a joint report of the Director of Economy and Place and of the
Director of Public Health and Communities, which sought approval
for the renewal of the lease for the above premises.
 
The Head of Planning
and Improvement (Public Health) and the Head of Estates
were in attendance to present the
information and to address the questions and the comments of the
Cabinet Members.
 
Resolved that the
recommendation outlined in section two of the report be agreed.
