Purpose

To agree extending the contract by 12 months.
An extension will allow the scheme to be part of the transformation
projects with our health colleagues and also make the required
alterations to the building (council owed).

given to a report that sought approval of a contract
modification.

 
Resolved: That
the recommendations set out in the report be approved.

 

Reason for decision
The decision would
enable the Council to align with a wide range of transformation
work currently being undertaken.
