Purpose

That Cabinet approve the Council’s
revised RIPA Policy attached at Appendix A to this report and that
the Monitoring Officer is designated as the Council’s Senior
Responsible Officer and that the Audit & Governance Committee
receives a report at least annually on the operation of the RIPA
Policy.
