Purpose

That approval is granted to:
 
Accept and spend funding from the DWP’s
HSF of £2,337,383.85 to provide a package of support for
households in greatest need. This support is summarised in Table
A of Section 7 of the accompanying
report.
 
Authorise the Director of Public Health and
Communities to move funding between the different programmes of
work to ensure effective spending and delivery.
