Consideration was
given to a report that detailed a series of works and improvements

recommendations set out in the exempt report be approved.
 
Reasons for
Decision
The decision would assist the Council to bring
the property back into use and facilitate a future letting to a
commercial tenant; thereby generating revenue income for the
Council.
