The General Licensing Panel considers all aspects of licence applications, variations, suspensions, and revocations for a wide range of local authority licensing responsibilities. This includes Premises Licences, Club Certificates, and Personal Licences. The panel's remit excludes matters related to taxi and private hire licensing, which are handled by a separate panel. Hearing procedures and the scheme of delegation for this panel are available upon request.
