Purpose

This report summarises the findings of Grant
Thornton's Annual Report for 2023/24. The Annual Report provides
commentary and recommendations on the authority's arrangements for
achieving value for money across financial sustainability,
governance and securing economy, efficiency and effectiveness in
its use of resources.
