Purpose

To seek Chief Executive
approval via Delegated Authority to approve the decisions made by
the Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy Allocations Panel at
their meeting held on 14 March 2023.

Content

To resolve to allocate £73,533.00 of
Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy from the Rural
Infrastructure Matched Fund to Sedlescombe Parish Council for
traffic calming measures in Sedlescombe Village.  The funding will be ringfenced for four years to
allow for Sedlescombe Parish Council to generate sufficient local
Community Infrastructure Levy to provide match-funding for the
project.  All funding is conditional and
subject to the funding requirements set out in the Governance and
Decision-Making Protocol.
