Purpose

To seek Chief Executive
approval via Delegated Authority to approve the decisions made by
the Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy Allocations Panel at
their meeting held on 14 March 2023.

Content

To resolve to allocate £943.301.00 of
Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy funding to Rother District
Council.  This funding will be comprised
of up to £715,854 from the Rural Rother Infrastructure Fund
and £227,447 from the Climate Emergency Bonus
Fund.  The funding is for the expansion,
improvement and refurbishment of the Camber Sands public
conveniences.  Funding is subject to
Planning Permission being granted.  All
funding is conditional and subject to the funding requirements set
out in the Governance and Decision-Making Protocol.
