Purpose

To see Chief Executive approval
via Delegated Authority to approve the decisions made by the
Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy Allocations Panel at their
meeting held on 14 March 2023.

Content

To resolve to allocate up to £400,000
from the Rural Rother Infrastructure Matched Fund.  The funding allocated will not be more than equal
to the Community Infrastructure Levy generated locally and will be
payable subject to the funding requirements set out in the
Governance and Decision-Making Protocol.  Battle Town Council will be required to enter into
a Funding Agreement with Rother District Council.
