Reasons for the
Decision:

The result
of a competitive procurement Procedure as agreed in CYPS DLT
via the DLT Briefing Report Dated 17th
July 2024 – Young Carers Update
 
The procurement was
undertaken as an Open Tender Exercise which was conducted in line
with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and the
Council’s Financial Procurement Procedure Rules.  The successful supplier after evaluation was
Family Action.
