Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0295 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the Finance and Customer Services Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from
32.25 to 10 hours. 
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement as
this provided opportunities to retain skills and experience.
