Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0298 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the Child and Young People’s Service Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from 30
to 22.50 hours. 
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement as
this provided opportunities to retain skills and experience.
