Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0300 for the compulsory redundancy of an
employee in the Assistant Chief Executive’s Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The panel noted the outcome of compulsory
redundancy in the absence of suitable redeployment opportunities at
the end of the individual’s notice period.
