Approval was given to request ERP0317 for the compulsory redundancy of an
employee in the Adult Care, Housing and Public Health
Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The panel noted the request for compulsory
redundancy in the absence of suitable redeployment opportunities,
at the end of the individual’s notice period.
