Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0286/91 for the flexible retirement of an
employee in the CYPS Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from
28.5 to 19 hours. 
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement as
this provided opportunities for handover/transfer of knowledge.
