Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0289 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the R&E Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from 37
to 22.2 hours. 
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement as
this provided opportunity to accommodate the reduction and benefit
from associated savings.
