Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0291 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the ACH&PH Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from
22.5 to 15 hours. 
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement
(subject to date amendment), as this provided opportunity to
accommodate the reduction and support a better work life
balance.
