Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0292 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the Children and Young People Services Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from 37
to 18.5 hours.
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement as
this provided opportunities to retain skills and experience. There
is no cost to the Council.
