Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was not given to request ERP0318 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the Children & Young People’s Services
Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from 31
to 18.5 hours. 
 
The panel in agreeing the Flexible Retirement noted the
context of the request being following a restructure and that this
provided opportunity for the service to retain skills and
experience.
