To refresh the Rotherham S106 Developer
Education Contributions Policy.
 
Rotherham’s current policy was approved
by way of an Officer Decision in August 2024 and requires review in
line with updated Department for Education guidance and to reflect
cost multipliers (the financial contribution from housing
developers per pupil per dwelling).

education development linked to new housing is requested, in line
with current   Department for
Education multipliers.

remain in place, this contains outdated multipliers that have now
been replaced by updated Department for Education guidance.
