(FPPR’s) Clause 46.5:

orders or Contracts made shall remain the responsibility of the
Strategic Director. Strategic Directors must maintain an up-to-date
scheme of delegation, which is refreshed on an annual basis at the
commencement of the financial year.

Reasons for the
Decision:

Frozen food supply
required to ensure the provision of catering services to schools
and members of the public across the Borough. Following a
procurement activity and tender evaluation process this provider
was identified as the best value.
