The site is a former building works depot and
consists of 9 lock-up units which are proposed to be demolished
whilst the building attached to the substation will be
retained.

brick-built garage units in consultation the Cabinet Member for
Finance & Community Safety
 
 

Reasons for the Decision:

The property has been declared surplus to
operational requirements, as there is no longer a need for storage
facilities in this area. No other council service has a need for
premises in this location, therefore demolition is deemed to be the
best option for this site
