flexible retirement, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet

Approval was given to request ERP0334 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the Children and Young People Services

Reasons for the Decision:

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for
the individual to reduce their working hours
from 37 to 18.5
hours. 
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement and
noted a saving for the service.
