Council’s financial strategy and ensuring effective financial
management and controls , including:-

flexible retirement, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet

Approval was given to request ERP0330 for the flexible retirement of an employee
in the Environment and Regeneration Directorate.
 

Reasons for the Decision:

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for 
the individual to reduce their working hours
from 37 to 22
hours.
 
The panel agreed the flexible retirement and
noted a saving for the service.
