Brief Description
of Decision: 

Approval was not given to request ERP0270
for the flexible retirement of an employee in the Children &
Young People’s Services Directorate.

Reasons for the
Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from
full-time to 24 hours. 

 

There were queries around the narrative provided
with regards to staffing levels within the service and therefore
this request was not agreed and the
panel would like attendance from the relevant officers to explain
the service proposals.
