Brief Description
of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0273 for
the flexible retirement of an employee in the Regeneration &
Environment Directorate.

Reasons for the
Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from 33
to 18.5 hours. 

 

The panel agreed the flexible retirement as this
provided opportunities for handover/transfer of
knowledge.
