Decision:

To award the contract to
Roundabout Ltd as per the Tender Evaluation Report of 28 November
2023.
 

Reasons for the
Decision:

The result of a competitive
procurement process as agreed in the Cabinet Paper 17 October 2022
(Housing Related Support Pathway and Flexible Purchasing
System).
 
The procurement was undertaken
using a further competition under Lot Z –
Miscellaneous/Future 16+ Accommodation and Support requirements of
the Councils Accommodation and Support for Young People Aged 16-25
Flexible Purchasing System.
 
The successful supplier, after
evaluation, was Roundabout Ltd. The Tender Evaluation Report and
award recommendation has been approved by the relevant
parties.
