Purpose

The decision is to award and
enter into a contract following a procurement process via a further
competition to providers on the Children and Young People’s
HRS FPS, this will be for 3 years with the option to extend up to 2
years.

Decision:

To award the contract to
Sheffield Young Women’s Christian Association (operating as
YWCA Yorkshire) as per the Tender Evaluation Report of 28 November
2023.
 

Reasons for the
Decision:

The result of a competitive
procurement process as agreed in the Cabinet Paper 17 October 2022
(Housing Related Support Pathway and Flexible Purchasing
System).
 
The procurement was undertaken
using a further competition under Lot Z –
Miscellaneous/Future 16+ Accommodation and Support requirements of
the Councils Accommodation and Support for Young People Aged 16-25
Flexible Purchasing System.
 
The successful supplier, after
evaluation, was Sheffield Young Women’s Christian Association
(operating as YWCA Yorkshire). The Tender Evaluation Report and
award recommendation has been approved by the relevant
parties.
