Director, Legal Services be instructed to negotiate and complete
the necessary legal documentation.

Decision:
 
 

Delegated Powers Approval from
the Assistant Director of Planning, Regeneration and Transport to
approve the terms of this disposal as the value is less than
£100,000, and Commissioners’ Decision Making Meeting to
dispose of it under Option 1 if verified.
Option 1 has now been verified
by an Independent Valuer at best value.
