Brief Description
of Decision: 

Approval was not given to request ERP0270
for the flexible retirement of an employee in the Children &
Young People’s Services Directorate.

Reasons for the
Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from
full-time to 24 hours.  There was no
narrative to explain the reason and the impact on the Service and
no confirmation of Cabinet Member consultation date. 
The Panel did not agree the request at this time and agreed to
reconvene to make a decision once further narrative was provided and the
Cabinet Member consultation date had
been confirmed.
