Brief Description
of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0271 for
the flexible retirement of an employee in the Regeneration &
Environment Directorate.

Reasons for the
Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered this request for flexible
retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from
full-time to 18.5 hours.  This
would be combined with another 18.5 hour role to make a
full-time job share post in order to keep the skills of the
experienced individual in the service. 

This was at no cost to the Council.
