Brief Description
of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0266 for
the flexible retirement of an employee in the Adult Care, Housing
& Public Health Directorate.

Reasons for the
Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered a flexible
retirement request for the   
   
 individual to reduce their working hours to 22.5
over 3 days.  There are no cost
implications to the Authority.  The
individual’s revised hours will form part of a job share
arrangement which will then allow the service to use the remaining
vacant hours to advertise a full-time post.
