Brief Description
of Decision: 

Approval was not given to request ERP0267
for the flexible retirement of an employee in the Children &
Young People’s Services Directorate.

Reasons for the
Decision:
 
 

The Panel considered a flexible retirement request for
the 
 individual to reduce their working
hours to 30 per week. There were no cost implications to the
Authority.
Confirmation of Cabinet Member consultation was still required;
therefore the Panel did not agree the
request at this time. 
The Panel agreed to reconvene to make a
decision once Cabinet Member consultation had been
confirmed.
