allocation of ‘Principal Areas of Growth’ projects in
Dinnington with further detail provided to Cabinet before
commencement of the scheme.
 
The report delegates the commissioning of
design work and authorises the acquisition of property interests
including investigating the use of Compulsory Purchase Order.
