Brief Description
of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0261 for
the flexible retirement of an employee in the Children and Young
People’s Directorate.

Reasons for the
Decision:
 
 

There was no cost associated
with granting the early release of pension entitlements to the
Authority due to not being a member of the Council pension
scheme.
 
Supporting this decision will
help the service to retain skills and manage transitioning
arrangements.
