in paragraph 2.2 and Appendix 2 into the Transport Capital
Programme.
 

Reasons for the
Decision:

To enable delivery of projects
under the LNRS theme within the approvals at Cabinet,
19th December 2022.
 
To enable delivery of projects
under the Collision Investigation & Prevention theme within the
approvals at Cabinet, 24th April, 2023.
