The decision is to note the Food and Feed Service Plan and Food and
Feed Sampling Policy for 2023/24.

Decision:

To approve the Council’s
Food and Feed Service Plan for 2023/24

Reasons for the Decision:

The Food Standards Agency
requires all Competent Authorities to have an up-to-date,
documented Food and Feed Service Plan, which is readily available
to food and feed business operators and consumers.  This plan must be subject to regular review and
clearly state the period for which the plan has effect.
 
The decision is to approve the
Council’s Food and Feed Service Plan for 2023/24

The plan is a statutory
requirement therefore no alternatives were considered to ensure
compliance with statutory duties.
