Enforcement Policy which has taken account of internal and external
stakeholder views is adopted and published.

Adoption of the revised General Enforcement
Policy

Reasons for the Decision:

The Council has a statutory duty to have a
General Enforcement Policy in Place. This policy is a consulted and
reviewed Policy which replaces the previous version.

The Council must have a General Enforcement
Policy, consequently there are no alternative options
