Purpose
To award the contract for the
Integrated Public Health & Lifestyle Behaviour Change Services
reference 21-152 to Connect Healthcare Rotherham CIC, the services
under the contract will commence from 1 October 2023 until 31
September 2027 (four years) with the option to extend the contract

Brief Description of
Decision:
To award the
contract for the Integrated Public Health & Lifestyle Behaviour
Change Services, Tender reference 21-152 to Connect Healthcare
Rotherham CIC, the services under the contract will
commence 1st of October 2023
until 31st of September 2027
(four years) with the option to extend the contract for up to a
further five years.

Reasons for the
Decision:
The result
of a competitive procurement procedure as agreed in the Cabinet
paper of 16 May 2022.
The
procurement was undertaken using the Social and Other Specific
Services procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts
Regulations 2015 (as amended) and mirrors a process similar to the
open procedure, and the Council’s Financial Procurement
Procedure Rules. The successful
supplier after evaluation was Connect Health Care CIC. The Tender
Evaluation Report and award recommendation has been approved by the
relevant parties.
