complete necessary transactions, in consultation with the
Council’s Section 151 Officer, Strategic Director
Children’s and Young Peoples Services, the Cabinet Member for
Children and Young People’s Services, and the Assistant
Director of Legal Services.

of Residential Provision in Dinnington for £385,996.00
including purchase price, legal and disbursements as per Cabinet
delegations

and there was agreement to offer on the property from the above
