Decision:

To enable delivery of projects
under the LNRS theme within the approvals at Cabinet,
19th December 2022.

Not approving would hinder the
delivery of Cabinet approved priorities and may put at risk
external funding (in the case of the Hellaby proposal in light of
linkages to the wider Transforming Cities Fund project).
