Appoint contract to S&C Slatter with a value of £357,523.12 to complete the replacement track works to Herringthorpe Stadium

Reasons for the Decision:

The decision is the outcome of a full competitive procurement process, to undertake works through the capital investment programme, as part of this year’s council annual budget.

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

No other options were considered as it was agreed through cabinet that works would be undertaken as part of the capital investment programme. The financial and procurement procedure rules that the council must uphold dictates process.
