Decision:

That the Service Director of Planning, Regeneration & Transport exercises his delegated powers to approve in principle, and authorise:

1. The revocation of the disabled residents’’ designated parking places listed in Appendix 1.
2. The Director of Legal Services to make the Traffic Regulation Order.

Reasons for the Decision:

The residents designated to use the parking places listed in Appendix 1 no longer live at those addresses. These parking places cannot be used by any others.

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

No alternative options were considered because the disabled residents’ designated parking places are longer used by designated resident and cannot used by any other resident or blue badge holder.

The presence of the parking bays reduces parking capacity within the highway
